An hour a day would probably get you little or nothing. You need a regimen of at least 4-6 hours a day. BIABW was one of the first subs I purchased. If you cant read women at all you probably won't notice a thing. Women are always going to be subtle so as not to come off easy or slutty. That isnt going to change regardless of how attractive you are/ or become.

At somewhere on the site there is usage time. So what obvious results did you have?
