Thank you-and we haven't forgotten. We actually have a fair amount of media but Shannon felt there were issues that need to be addressed. For now we're keeping it nice and simple until the sale is over Smile
Hey Andrew, just one more thing.

Since we will need to re-create the account on the new site, I've been searching without luck for the page where we can do that. Is it a bug? Or it will be open in a set time?

I'm working on this right now- I had to shut down the site for the next few hours, as it turned out to be a bigger project than I had anticipated....*sigh*, I was told our system had built in settings for this but no I am having to program it by scratch and make mass changes to our database. So yeah, not safe to open the store back up till I'm done. But that's why I left time before the sale to work out these kinds of things Smile
So here's the deal-there will be no new accounts. Please use the same e-mail you used with our old store so I can consolidate everything later.

Despite my efforts, it turns out the way our system was originally programmed just doesn't allow for accounts. I will be switching in a new system but it won't be ready for a couple weeks (the switch will be seamless).

Affiliates: I will manually cross-compare and go over all sales after the sale is over to ensure you get credit.

Long time customers: I will manually consolidate any orders with your old accounts, and transfer your old accounts to a new system which should be swapped in in a couple weeks.

But opportunity doesn't wait. The show must go on...the sale will proceed as scheduled.

Know that, I am dedicated to all of you and I probably won't see the light of day for a couple weeks and am doing everything humanly possible to get us to where we need to be. Ryan and Ben have gone out of their way to take a lot of the weight off, but when it comes to programming and dealing with databases I'm the only one that can do that.

Enjoy the sale Tongue

P.S. When I swap in the new system I will re-implement Google Checkout.
Hi.

All the most important question for me is WHAT TIME DOES THE SALE START?

Hope it is soon.

Whenever Shannon wakes up...he is on Eastern Standard Time.

Thanks Andrew.

Just don't forget to take some rest. We can't afford to lose you. Tongue

But one question remains. I didn't understand what you meant by "no new accounts" and "using the same email".
We have to create accounts with the same email, or we can't create accounts right now and we need to provide the same email of the old store somewhere when buying?

Again thanks and hope this year all this effort you're making at it's beginning be paid manyfold. Happy new year!
just curious, why do you guys not offer credit cards on the store? i figured this new site is open cart and they have built in authorize.net payment modules among other things.

happy new year btw! looking forward to the sale!
Im so confused now lol. Am I supposed to look for the sale on the old site or the new site?

Based on the Pricing changes going on, I think it is the new site where the sale is happening. The real question is how to login? There doesn't seem to be a clear way to do so. Does it only happen when you checkout?
I'm confused too.. Sad
The sale is going on now on the new site. There will be no accounts for now, buy without logging in.
Can't see any difference at the prices. I'll clean the cache to see if it fix it
Nvm. It's just the ones I want that didn't get any discount so far.
Will there be discounts for sets?

I just want to grab AM first to be sure the sale was well worth. After that I can go for other ones with the money I saved. =)
I dunno about AM, but I just saw AF go down to under $20!

Dangit. I have my check, but the banks aren't open today... I just need $100 lol, and I have almost 2 grand to deposit... but my bank is presently empty :/
