Subliminal Talk

Hi Shannon, can i use stereo ear buds while im sleeping for the masked ocean/trickling stream tracks? I can't really use speakers cuz i don't live alone.

Headphones and earbuds are perfectly acceptable, but they do present the following issues to consider.

1. Can you reliably sleep in them, and have them stay in place?
   
2. Can you sleep in them without accidentally choking yourself?
   
3. Can you sleep with them and not accidentally unplug them?
   
4. Can you use them at a safe volume for the format you prefer?
   

The answer to all these will tell you whether or not you can effectively use earbuds.
