Some questions to LoA, because I can hardly imagine some things and need some insight from experts.
Let´s say, I am hanging out at the same place every night with some of my buddies. Then one day I start imagining that I meet a hot brunette at this place (but yet never have seen such a hot brunette), we make hot eye contact and she gives me her number.
Or another example: I imagine (let´s say for 32 consecutive days) my ex-gf coming, ringing at my door bell and telling me that she just wants me.
Will this stuff happen? Are there any limitations? Is this the mechanism of an exo-subliminal? Do I put some seed into other peoples subconscious?

LOA stuff is complex. But generally, it all requires goal focus and sufficient energy. Imagining something without giving it enough energy is going to take a long, long time to manifest - if it ever happens. You will find that the more sharply defined your goal, and the simpler it is, and the more sharply you can imagine it visually, and the more emotionally passionate and involved you can make yourself with that visualization... the faster you'll make it happen.
Sharply defined, visual clarity, emotional passion and involvement, repetition.
There are other ways to accomplish said goals, but they're not possible for most people to do without special training.
What will happen? Depends on how clearly you have defined your goal, how sharply you can visualize it, and how passionately involved you can make yourself with the imagining. If you are clear with your goal, your goal is simple enough, you repeatedly visualize it clearly, and you empower it sufficiently through passionate emotional involvement... it will come to pass. How fast again is variable, and depends on the person's skills as well as these other factors. Active manipulations usually manifest in about 14 days for me. Some get them faster... some take longer. A friend of mine can manifest in 2-3 days. One of my instructors could manifest in hours. Before cancer treatment, I could too. I have a student who needs 4 weeks, like clockwork. And so forth. Depends heavily on the amount of energy you can bring to bear, focus and control.
You could use an exosubliminal to do the job. It would be similar to a light collecting station in the desert, with all mirrors reflecting a little bit of light to one spot, where it is all focused to produce tremendous heat.

The last couple came from subliminals. Before that I was doing active causality manipulation for two, and a combination of active manipulation and visualization for one. How I do active causality manipulation is something I only share with an apprentice, and I'm not accepting apprentices right now.
Visualization-wise, I would spend a few minutes every night as I fell asleep visualizing her walking down an otherwise empty beach naked. This allowed me to visualize her whole body and make it exactly how I wanted it. Every morning I would do the same thing as I woke up. And every day I would spend some time daydreaming passionately about enjoying her company, doing things like having fun on dates, roller skating, being ridiculous together, making out, et.

Apprenticeship is a position that is earned, not given. It is also one that requires the right levels of the right aptitudes and attitudes, and the willingness to work. I can't accurately assess a person for aptitudes and attitudes online. It's not only expensive to train an apprentice, it's dangerous for me, and means a lot of responsibility for me.
So... if you can find a way to show me in person that you have the right levels of the right attitudes and aptitudes, without me telling you what I'm looking for, and impress me sufficiently, and then convince me that it will be worth my time to teach you, and that you'll do the work required, and that you're not going to do something stupid and cause yourself, me or anyone else harm with what I teach you... and I have the time... lol then sure. By all means.
But I don't see me having time for that for a while, never mind all the other factors. It's pretty unusual for me to have an apprentice.

I understand that this kind of information can, if not used wisely, be dangerous. Power should not be in the wrong person´s hands and be used wisely. I got the intention that this discussion can get into some depth, and I am excited for this circumstance.
Well, I prefer of being convinced than convince myself. I won´t make any efforts online of being an apprentice. If we can get together some time (forum meeting), you will meet me in person and have a good conversation. Maybe we get an intention of digging deeper in the hole

My concern now is: if it is effortless for someone who is skilled in active causality manipulation to take any women... what sense does make marriage? Having children and loving your girl-/boyfriend?
