Run 1

Overview:
- instructions are way more digestible for this 6g program compared to any other subliminal I've tried (before 6g)
- noticeable amount of tiredness - ended up going to bed ~1h earlier and have 2-3 sessions of 10-20 mins of nap/rest in an armchair
- a tad bit more optimism in general than before, and a couple of occasions when I felt like being able thrive, no matter what
- I really need to plan so next run of Stage 4 ends up with off days during the weekend (not ideal if they're during the week)
- no good luck in terms of unexpected monetary gains - in fact there were several unforeseen considerable expenses
- happy to take a breather now... let's see what happens next in March

Log (things I related to following UMS):
- 2025-10-03 feeling great about starting UMS 3.1 (similar feeling to when I did UMS 5.5g in 2019); goal: 2x what I earn now after tax
- 2025-10-08 feeling like the world is changing; silence before the storm; good things to come
- 2025-10-19 continuing to get good vibes about UMS; mindset be like "it's going to happen somehow, it's just a matter of trusting my intelligence and abilities"
- 2025-10-21 man, I'm tired!! similar kind of tiredness like 6 years ago, only more intense
- 2025-11-15 less tiredness with cycles having 4 days off; can't say I've observed anything out of the ordinary aside from needing more sleep
- 2025-12-25 realizing how much more I love what I do
- 2025-12-27 getting the sense that I can do good no matter what I end up doing in life if I'm homeless
- nothing to note for stage 4.. just mild optimism in general

One thing I just realize looking back is: as of stage 2 or 3 I've been putting considerably more (around 4x than before) time & cash in small investments. Some are actual investments, some are acquiring tools and offer services with said tools with the aim for things to work faster and better (while become better using those tools). It's interesting I didn't notice that happening in the moment, but the drive to risk more in a controlled way is here.
Think Titanic. Not fast, but a steady juggernaut once it gets going.
