Knowing what I know now about your situation, I would subscribe to PRA v1 and run that for a solid run-through. I think that's going to be more helpful for you overall in many directions than anything else. MM would be my swecond choice.

The pain relief program is GPR - General Pain Relief, which is currently not available.

Problem #1: You have zero focus. You apparently cannot pick one thing and stick to it. Problem #2: You have your priorities off. If you need to fpcus on money, put everything else aside and fpcus on money. Nothing else should come into your mind until that's handled. Women and sex are a distraction at that point, and will only drain you financially. And if you want to focus on healing, women and sex are DEFINITELY a distraction.
Whatever you do, do it completely. focus, persistence and perseverance is 90% of how you get to success.
