So this is something i've been dealing with/suspecting for awhile, but today I feel like I actually "caught" some aspect of my subsconscious actively and intentionally grinding my teeth. I knew this was probably happening because i've had dental issues for years, but obviously a person is generally asleep. But I have been waking up at a specific time every day, and today I woke up about 20 minutes earlier, right as one of my wisdom teeth was being grinded to oblivion and cracked off (it was holding on by a thread anyways). So i'm now realizing this has been a factor for who knows how long. My question to @
Shannon is, what would you suggest in terms of dealing with this? I would rather not get off of DMSI, but I do have versions of both universal and optimal physical healing that would benefit me in a more holistic way.
Well, grinding your teeth while you're asleep sounds to me like it could be more of an emotional thing than something for OPH. Maybe Brain Optimizer? Although I'd go for something with EHPRA in it, maybe that could help.

This is known as "bruxism", and is generally considered a stress response. You can buy a mouthguard to wear while you sleep that will defeat this by cushioning your teeth, but as to how to stop it... I'm guessing relieve the stress that's causing it. I haven't got a program specifically for that yet.
