I only managed to replicate the "morphine drip" feeling without subs but that took me no less than a decade.
Everything started when I was still a college kid a LONG time and I was listening to Art Bell's interview with Neil Slade back then, just DAFS on Google with the quotes:
"NEIL SLADE on ART BELL's Coast to Coast Radio Show"
Dunno where do I even begin now, though it could be helpful to get the ball rolling by checking quite a few places first:

Hopefully it's good enough to explain how the human brain actually works for real.
Then it's just matter of how to keep stacking one skill on top of another over the years. By far THE most important thing really is all about learning how to eat REAL foods every single day, just screw hyperpalatable crap (Tera Fazzino, Ph.D. - KU's Psychology Department) as well as ultraprocessed junk (Carlos Augusto Monteiro, professor da Faculdade de Saúde Pública da USP) whenever possible.
There's no feasible way to do a deep dive on any forums, therefore it's more realistic to read some summaries online or maybe try listening to / watching interviews with some authors:
- The Dorito Effect: The Surprising New Truth About Food (Mark Schatzker)
- Salt Sugar Fat: How the Food Giants Hooked Us (Michael Moss)
- Hooked: Food, Free Will, and How the Food Giants Exploit Our Addictions (Michael Moss)
- Ultra-Processed People: Why Do We All Eat Stuff That Isn't Food (Chris Van Tulleken)
- The Food Mood Connection: An Indispensable Guide To The Surprising Foods That Fight Depression, OCD, Anxiety, ADHD, Trauma & More (Uma Naidoo)
If our lifestyle choices weren't revolving around pleasure, eventually we'll end up with (lots of) pain whether we like it or not.
I don't take any kinda "recreational" or "magical" stuff since any of that garbage would trash my brain for good.
OTOH, just figure out what to eat and drink instead. Vitamin C powder in bulk should be a good place to start, Thomas E. Levy, MD, JD and Andrew W. Saul Ph.D. wrote plenty of books about orthomolecular nutrition. DAFS on "titration to bowel tolerance" and then work our way up.
Jasmine tea is another great tool since the Linalool odor is so soothing and relaxing.
Limonene is an aromatic mono-terpene and that's absolutely fantastic for reducing the body's primary stress hormone called cortisol, I've been cooking rice with citrus peel on a daily basis since even certified organic ones by the pound wouldn't cost too much.
The other essential skills are hypnosis and also Dan Tian breathing. Learn from the courses created by some masters like Gerald (Jerry) Kein / Mark Cunningham / Mantak Chia etc.
It's a just matter of combining them with stuff like Amygdala Clicking / Kegel exercises / KSMO / proper nutrition, though it's just so much easier to complain and then keep saying something like "that's impossible" or "it's way too hard for me to get anything done" etc.
There's no such thing as a free lunch, 'nuff said.
I do understand how to do something for myself but that wouldn't be useful in terms of affecting others.
However, it wouldn't hurt to DAFS on Google since "O's at a Ds" could be such a fun thing to read:
"We used to give women orgasm on the spot"
"My experience with Chunyi Lin"
