Every so often, we will have someone report that they have some sort of issue with a subliminal they are subscribed to.  These issues vary, but they're always caused by one of the following things.  Before you ask us for help, please go through this list and see if these options help.

  1. Clear the cache on your listening device and browser.  You want to do a "hard clear", or basically force it to fully clear the cache for the device and the browser you are using to access the streamed file.  The instructions for this will vary based on your phone and the browser you are using.  Google is your friend.
  2. Close and re-start your browser. If the above does not solve your problem, then try restarting your browser.
  3. Re-start your phone. Still having issues? Restarting your phone will often fix that.
  4. Update your browser if possible.  Occasionally, an out of date browser will cause issues.
  5. Verify that your Internet connection is stable.  If it's dropping, find the cause and fix it.
  6. Re-start your router.  Occasionally, a router will need a re-start after having been on for an extended period of time.
  7. Re-start your modem.  The same is true for modems, if you have one.
  8. Update all of the apps on your phone.  Sometimes, one or more of the apps will have software that it depends on in the background which is also used by your browser, which needs updating.
  9. Try a different browser.  Sometimes, the issue will be with a particular browser, or a specific version of that browser.
  10. Update your device if possible.  Check to see if your phone has an update to the core system available.  If it does, try installing  that and seeing if it helps.
  11. Try using a different device to stream. Sometimes, the device itself will have some background software or OS component somewhere that is causing issues.
  12. Try using a different brand of device.  If you're using Apple, try Android or Google phone, and so forth.  Once in a while the issue will be with a particular brand of device for whatever reason.
  13. Try using a different Internet access point.  On rare occasions, there is an issue with your Internet service provider.  Try accessing the Internet access of a friend or family member who has a secure network, but uses a different Internet Service Provider.
  14. If all else fails... Try to do as many of these as you can before requesting help.  Let us know which of these you have tried and we will attempt to help you from there.
