That's why I say... consult your doctor!

Now follow your doctor's orders. Smile We'd like to keep you around.

EDIT: Actually, on second thought, it blows me away that this cardiologist took my subliminal seriously! All I have seen from MDs so far is dismissal and scorn.

I'm sorry you can't keep using it, man. By the sounds of it you were really enjoying it.

@Shannon My primary doctor & cardiologist are open-minded about topics I discuss with them. They appear to be in their late 30s or early 40s.

My cardiologist taking your subliminal seriously is a great sign of things to come for your business.

HOWL 6G, press play, get results, zero side effects.

GLP-1 medications for weight loss have too many side effects to mention.

Lowering my A1c was the motivation for using HOWL 6G

June 2025 FASTING HEMOGLOBIN A1c  Result: 6.4
5.7% to 6.4% is consistent with prediabetes

Sept 2025 FASTING HEMOGLOBIN A1c  Result: 5.6
Less than 5.7% Absence of diabetes

Glucose, or blood sugar.
Glucose, a simple carbohydrate, is a primary energy source for the body.

June 2025 FASTING GLUCOSE Result: 112 mg/dL
For someone without known diabetes, a glucose value between 100 and 125 mg/dL is consistent with prediabetes and should be confirmed with a follow-up test.

Sept 2025 FASTING GLUCOSE Result: 85 mg/dL
65-99 (mg/dL) Fasting reference interval

My 36-hour fasting schedule (3 days a week)
Sat - 9 am to 9 pm eating window
Sun - 9 am to 9 pm eating window
Mon - Fast
Tue - 9 am to 9 pm eating window
Wed - Fast
Thu - 9 am to 9 pm eating window
Fri - Fast

HOWL 6G made it easy to stay on a fasting schedule & now that I’ve been consistent, fasting feels natural.

Interested in healthy weight loss or lowering your blood sugar if you are insulin-resistant.  I recommend Hormone Optimizer for Weight Loss 6G.
That doctor reminded me another one who actually knew what he's doing:

Quote:Documentary Chronicles Life of Baskin-Robbins' Heir, John Robbins, Who Controversially Walked Away from a Billion-Dollar Inheritance, and the Unbelievable Story that Followed.

https://intelligentchange.life/2014/12/l...am-family/
Quote:John ultimately wrote a bestseller "Diet for a New America" (which I have not read yet).  He and his father didn't talk much. He sent a copy to his father who probably did not read it at the time.  His father's health was deteriorating - he had diabetes and they were talking about a possible amputation of the foot or the leg. He had high blood pressure, and cholesterol levels. A year or so later, his father was seeing one of the top cardiologists in the US who had happened upon John's book without knowing that Irv was John's father.  He told Irv that he was very sick and at this point, all they could do is try to juggle their medications and control some of the side effects and make his few remaining years a little more comfortable. However, "if you're willing to make really major changes in the way you live, there might be a different prognosis."  Irv asked "what kind of changes?" and the doctor said "for starters you might read this book".  Irv didn't tell the doctor that the book was written by his son but read it now that it had been "blessed by the high priest of cardiology"!  He started to make changes to his unhealthy lifestyle (including giving up sugar and ice cream) and still taking his medication, under the supervision of his cardiologist, got results.  His diabetes went into remission, he came off insulin and diabetic pills, and his blood pressure normalized.  He lost a lot of weight and there was no need for an amputation. (Note, it seems that all of this was done under the close medical supervision).

At this point, he called his son and said "Johnny, something really unbelievable has happened,  it's amazing, it's just incredible, just unbelievable". John asked what had happened and Irv said: "Well, you were right."  John got to experience something coming full-circle.  He disappointed his father by not fulfilling his father's agenda for him but was able to give him something of greater value than that.

That's my favorite documentary film, and then here's a lovely quote from this podcast interview:

https://www.plantstrongpodcast.com/blog/john-robbins
Quote:Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Later, he called me into his office one day and he said, "Johnny, do you want to know what bothers me the most about you?" I remember thinking, "Sure. Why not?" Of all the things, how you start a conversation with your son. But I thought, "Well, okay. He wants to tell me what's bugging him. I'll listen." Then, he said... It was not intended as a compliment, although I took it as one. He said, "Everybody else I've ever known has their price, except you. You can't be bought and it pisses me off."

His silver spoon was gone for good, and then almost the entirely of his family's life savings had disappeared overnight in Bernie Madoff's Ponzi scheme:

It's so incredible that he contracted polio when he was 5, while he passed away from complications related to PPS at 77:

Quote:Symptoms usually start between 20 and 40 years after the original polio illness. But they may appear anywhere from 10 to 70 years after.

@Frankie It's rare to find a doctor that knows what they are doing.
When you find that doctor, keep 'em.

I feel the same way Keith!! WOW!!
HOWL is top contender for my next title after UMS v3.1. Given that I'm committed to as many as four full runs of UMS, though, HOWL is going to be waiting for a while.
