Day 4

I'll just start this journal now with something simple so that I'll have a place to write when something comes to mind.

I finished 62 days of OSC before this, then took a 2 day break. That's as far as my impatience let me go.

Ultrasonic track, volume 2/16. I usually listen to hybrid on (wired) earbuds but this is good time to try US again.

I've felt tired and calm, mostly. Nothing negative that'd stand out yet. OSC was actually great and I was much more energetic and driven on it but I think also quite anxious. I would've wanted to run OSC again but with all these great programs making a comeback in glorious 6G, I better run OGSF now when I don't have all those options yet.
About OSC. It's plain and obvious to me that I got great results from those 2 months. I'm better at my job, I feel like I can make friends more easily, I feel solid if I have to get in an argument with my wife and then afterwards its much easier for me to just let the thing go because I don't feel so bitter or angry about it. Got really into exercise again and just doing a little bit all the time (since I don't have time for dedicated sessions). But, I don't think I ever felt the program working. On ASC 5G, I heard Mighty Wings from Top Gun's soundtrack playing in my head all the time - didn't hear it even once now. No feelings of aura projection either.

I hope OGSF will give similarly profound results. I can't really imagine what those results would feel like yet, though. Probably an increased easiness to things and being.
I'm really pleased that you got such benefit from OSC. I think you'll really enjoy OGSF.
Day 64

Okay last month, yay! Quick summary of how its been.

I used the US track for almost the whole first month. I did get very tired instantly and I think I remember that the 1st off days weren't my best. But that's all I ever felt or noticed then. I had to sit in our extra toilet for that 10 minutes just before going to sleep, to avoid exposing others.

Then for a bit less than a month afterwards, I used the masked track with headphones (Sennheiser plug types). I just felt a lot better about the listening since I know I can hear that audio at least and I'm just suspicious of the US track working. Also much easier to listen on the couch. Not sure if the effects changed besides me feeling better about the listening. Tiredness was still a constant.

Finally, tonight I'll start my third cycle using the hybrid (stream) track. Same headphones. Volume enough that I can hear it clearly but more "quiet" than "loud". This feels the best to me, clearly. I've been remembering having dreams every night since switching and I think I can at least somewhat feel the program working, perhaps. I used hybrid with head phones / plugs also on OSC and will use this as my default going forward unless something changes.

This week I've been feeling pretty good, actually. Noticing some small progress. 3 months on this feels like a long time. Not because its really intense or anything - its basically just being tired all the time and not really seeing any benefit to it, thinking it'd be better to run a sub that works towards something. But still, I hope it'll pan out in the end. This week has been promising.

After OGSF, if AM7 or something new and shiny isn't out, I'll be going for round 2 of OSC.
Just a fair warning, Shannon has said to follow the instructions to the T since there’s no AutoConfig in 6G.

OGSF3 for me was the same, constant tiredness, but also my issues were more pronounced. Towards the end I noticed the benefits coming in and now I want to run it again.
