My last journal was about 9 years ago! 

Excited for this journey.  The sales page really relates to me (having to stop a bunch of times then keep going).  I don't know how Shannon made it to accomplish the goals of the program. To be honest I would be happy just to last a few more minutes let alone as long as I want like the page says.

So far 2 cycles done no signs of results yet still very early.  I think i'm a great tester for this program as I do have this issue and I have a lot of seks every week.  So i'll be testing out the progress of the program every week and I am paying close attention..

Will keep you guys updated. I'll post an update on the 1st month mark unless I see something going on sooner than that.

Depending on the particulars of your reasons for PE, "paying close attention" may be either a way of defeating the program's efforts, or half the problem in itself. Don't get in it's way with expectations and watching like a hawk. Just use it and let it do it's thing.
