Going on 37 years old, my skin is starting to look a little beat up for the first time in my life. Plus I'm going for an ayahuasca retreat in a few months and looking to start the "house-cleaning" early. So HOY it is. I'm now into my fourth week of listening. As advertised, I've been stinking out the bathroom since the second week. In terms of energy levels it's difficult to say what has changed, as I've been moving cities (and altitudes). That's all there is to report for now.
