Day 17:

I really like the grounding shield it gives a lot of stability and confidence when talking and facing hectic dramatic and unstable people, family members and clients.

I feel the stability in my character due to this and my last run through of AM6 so it seems.


I'm still experimenting with the proper playtime. 
The range for ideal playing time varies from 25 to 120 minutes, but extending beyond that seems to be counterproductive. 
My optimal personal playing time is probably around 33-37.5 minutes.
However I had one night it played for about 120 minutes and I felt amazing afterwards.

Started to take a lot of Omega 3 + vitamin D 
Even though past experience says it will not help.
Skin is still in bad condition.
I'm thinking about avoiding nightshades and eating differently.
Hands feel better for few hours after playing.
Not seeing major changes other than less stiff hands after playing OPH 5.10.
However I have a feeling the program is building healthy subconscious habits regarding health.
So my body will be equipped better for the future as well.
I've stopped using this program.
Didn't see much from it but I didn't use it more than a month ( or less)

I'll be take a time out from that program and probably from the forum for now.

It's easy to find his books online for free, that's exactly what I did.



I was having so much pain in my shoulders / neck back in 2023, OPH v1 didn't seem to be all that helpful at first but I just kept going at it. One day I had a light-bulb moment out of the blues and realized that I could heal myself with my own sexual energy, combining that with "BF&C - Bulk 1 lb. Powder" totally save the day.

Subliminal programs don't necessarily work in such a direct way, sometimes the unconscious mind would find another way to guide us towards a different path and finally we'll end up providing what the body actually needs to heal itself.

I do need to take better care of my diet and to exercise more.

About OPH I wasn't as experienced I thought 5.10 could make changes real fast.
So you're right, trying to run such a program for few months could make me see the changes I am looking for.

I still surprised to find out I have subconscious resistance which means I need to use something like E5/6 to have a better experience with subliminals.
That can include OPH, moreover, emotional healing subliminal could help my health even before trying OPH.
