Day: 103
Huh Funny how an simple fish stall can make me so happy, Although to be fair I used to get fish weekly with my dad in the past (and is one of my few good memories of him..)
Also I figured out what was "wrong" with me last week.
Shannon is sort of right haha xD
The "Problem" is that I start craving outside activities in the weekend, The only problem is that I live in a village so there's not much to do here.
Also I dont know anyone here yet despite living here for 6 years..
(although this makes sense considering my hermit lifestyle...)
So for now I guess I just need to take a new hobby in the form of walking outside. : )
Fun fact: in the past I used to be scared to walk outside for the sake of walking outside, I always needed a goal so that I didn't look weird or got in the way of someone else
Goals like: visiting friends I used to have in my old village or getting something from a store.. but now I can just walk outside no problem the only problem left is the rain haha xD.

You can do a lot by yourself and have a good time. Metal detecting, photography, painting, drawing, writing, hiking, gardening, making and flying model planes, and many more options exist.

Yeah, I already take more time to walk around and making photo's is also a nice idea but I have to save for AM7 first : ) (but saving money for a nice camara sounds like a good idea) : )
Day 108:
Huh Yesterday I felt that funny energy feeling again like I did in the first few days..
Did I somehow get used to it and no longer noticing it for a while or is it a sign I got trough the resistance?
I also start to feel slightly more confident and feel less worries worried about others opinions..
(Even if it took a while before I finally decided to call my work off because I have a cold and alot of coughing and if I didn;t do it soon I might have gotten a throat infection)
So yeah I still need to learn to take better care of myself and fully stop worrying about what others think hehe..
but we're on the right track : )

Day 110:
I slowly start to take better care of myself
I have been sick for 2 weeks now and my boss asked me last thursday if I would be back Friday, I said no mayby Monday.
After I said that I started to feel scared and wonder what if I dont get better on Monday.
But last Sunday I just knew I had to ask more time off and so I did despite still being scared.
I went to the doctor yesterday and found out I had laryngitis, Wich explains why it takes so long for me to recover and it made me glad that I took more time off from work..
Or else I would have been working again while still being sick, Just because I would have been afraid to ask more time off...

Yeah, In my Country it's not recommanded to work while having that.
Not to mention that constantly coughing doesn't look very productive, Also my throat didn't feel very great..

My wife always gets laryngitis when she has a cold or the like. We're in the US, and she works in a hospital around babies. She's expected to show up for work unless it's a migraine, is puking, or has to sit on the toilet every two seconds, lol. Put on a mask, and off you go! The US still values work over well-being. There has to be a middle ground, but we haven't found it.
Hope you're better soon!

Yeah, here in The Netherlands we have a system that let people rest from work if they are sick even if it's a "small thing" like this in return bosses dont have to pay you for the first day or 2 (depending on your boss) after that they have to pay you untill you either get better or they fire you.
I feel sad for the American people though and find it cruel that the people aren't allowed to take care of there health..

The Netherlands are higher up on the life satisfaction and world peace index for good reason!

Yeah, I'm very happy to be born and raised here, Since I'm already struggeling with my job life because of my Autism.
I got rejected so much,That I pretty much have to keep this job or be screwed...
that is until Shannons subs/exps improve me enough to see if I can follow my childhood dream to become a game developer and work for myself..
For now I fear failure to much and I still got my Autism insecurity but I still remember Shannon telling me that I should stop listening to what other tell me what I can or can't do with my Autism.
and Honestly it might end up being my only way out to a happier life.
Edit: also the originale point was that If I lived in America/USA I would Prob be dead by now.. Hope things will get better there in the future..

Just a heads up... Self Development is something you should take a look at running. If you do, I suggest running it before AM.

Day 122:
Welp I got good news and bad news in one:
I noticed I'm doing a lot less self censoring now..
The problem is the fact that it means I'm also vocally expressing my frustration and Irritation more then I used to..
Wich may sooner or later get me in trouble..
Thanks god I can use SD soon because I really need it..
Just 8 more weeks to go..

Less self censoring is an opportunity to learn how to find a balance between complaining and asserting your needs. Frustrations and irritations tell you something's wrong. Whether it's something you need to change about yourself, or something you rightfully should be asking someone else to change, that's the key to understand. Then you learn how to best express yourself. Progress.
