Purpose of journal: get resources and opinions for goals (vague goals on post detailed and tracked on paper not shared.) I will post achievements, accomplished goals and results to help guide others on deciding to use UMS or just to inspire others.

Current situation
  • 31-year-old male who lives with parents in the US (goal to get 100% financial independent within 12 months)
  • Unsteady career/job income (dead end seasonal sporadic work aka “gig economy”)
  • Credit card debt, and medical bills (past due and collections)
  • Very unorganized financial life.

Current projects/endeavors (goal to have strong habits for by January 2024)

  1. Currently hybrid student at local college for bokkeeping certifications to understand the basics of accounting/money management to help full-time gigs build side remote business for income stream and provide me with the option of being location independent.
  2. Develop Quicken Home/Business (while using bookkeeping skills and knowledge) to have all Personal and Entrepreneurial finances in one clean effective system to track, budget, and plan for future to have a clear complete picture of my financial life.
  3. Teach martial arts at my current dojo consistently and make money off it while combining my fitness certifications to bothe be a respected martial artist and athlete while building others as well so I can lead by an example for my students (eventually taking over the dojo from my Sensei)
  4. Build a "Personal Enterprise" filled with meaningful activites, jobs, gigs, and endeavors that make good money that I can create both personal development and monetary success with at the same time.

Looking for advice
1. When people talk about not sharing their goals is it really determinantal to share with your inner circle, for instance I started therapy to help work through some stuff and use it another source of accountability does it really hurt my chances of success when discussing with my therapist, close friend or 2, the people that it directly involves, some mentors and coaches.
2. When I’m using UMS in the next 1-2 years does anyone recommend any good books, podcasts, shows, movies, online resources to review to help prime conscious mind along with USM working on subconscious.

My intentional life changes will be (based off UMS sales page)
  • Create an upward spiral of increasing wealth, abundance, money, and success.
  • Manifest and attract all the right people, places, timing and circumstances.
  • Develop and improve all the necessary skills, abilities, resources, connections, and personal traits.
  • Seek, generate, attract, and manifest money from multiple streams of income at once.
  • Consciously override all guilt, shame, and fear regarding wealth.
  • Open self to receiving money from all positive sources: winning money, finding money, being given money, finding opportunities to make and receive money, and more.
  • Always pay self-first!
  • Be comfortable charging for time, effort, resources and advice, and charge what I’m worth.
  • Attract access to successful endeavors and recognize them for what they are.
  • Balance working with relaxing, recharging and rejuvenating so that you are always at your best and most successful.
  • Use the fear removal along with the emotional healing & pain relief to help get past whatever is blocking me from actually becoming a paid fitness/martial arts professional (mixed with Ultra Success/Luck Maximizer to attrac the right students and mentors/coaches of my own)
After looking at your list(s).
It sounds like you are scattered all over the place.

Warren Buffett’s 5/25 Rule
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1sweyWZ_Thw

Warren Buffett's pilot Mike Flint asked the billionaire for advice on how to become successful. Warren asked him to write down his 25 top professional priorities, with the top priorities at the top. Once Mike had written them down, Warren told him to circle the top 5.

“Take a good look at the twenty goals you didn't circle”, Buffet said. “These are your avoid-at-all-cost items. They're what have the most potential to distract you. They waste your time and energy and prevent you from focusing on what matters."

Thank you for the information and sorry for delay but to clarify I actually have used some of this in the past as such I have read Dave Ramseys' books before and followed the debt snowball and saved money with no bills. But did not build the mindset/habits efficency to keep it so that is one of the main reasons I'm using UMS 2.0 since economic success is 80% behavior and 20% knowledge. I'm using Quicken to keep track of all my economic resources to keep as a "report card" for my finance progress (while understanding wealth is far more than money). One of my main projects related to UMS is reading a personal finance book every 1-2 weeks and developing my own vision of my UMS life. Along with meeting other small-medium financial goals (such as balance, congruent life).

I have noticed that UMS has been challenging my inner beliefs and I have been experiencing new situations that has made me apply/ investigating opportunites for paid full time bookkeeping work focusing on what I'm taking certification courses in and more congruent with goals of running own businesses. Along with actually consistently teaching classes and making the committment to show up and teach (I've said I wanted to do that for years but had alot of inner resistance).

November was a wash I had alot of anxiety from being sick, had tooth pulled, and caffiene withdraw. Or maybe stage 3 was pushing alot resistance and contributed to that more than I know. Looking forward to finishing stage 3 and seeing what Stage 4 does (then the repeats).

If you take time to read other UMS v2 journals...
Most people journal that stage 3 is the roughest...

I have thank you. I actually read most of them to help me formulate some of the goals I have in my journal; I guess a good way to put it is that you don't know how much resistance you truly have until you experience it; who knew lol.

The best part of this process?
When the subliminal instructions break through the resistance!!

Prepare yourself for the breakthrough...

Thank you all for your responses I have put them on my todos! I'm on stage 4 and it's been a weird journey lots good stuff coming mostly on the internal side of things have a unshaken intuition that there are going to great opportunities projects within next few months that will be tremendous. However its been very tough late I have to major concerns/questions right now?

1) Does resistance (headaches/stress/anxiety) happen on the days off when not listening to the subliminals? (I have a lot of deep stuff come up at night partly even though everything is good and a lot of great things are happening and coming its nerve wracking (especially on the lonely side of things now))

2) I have an autoimmune disease and is it possible that the resistance/subconscious changes trigger it causing me to have a flare up? (I'm not saying it does or doesn't my asking and I'm aware that even if it does it's not 100% trigger by UMS)
I had a thought that popped into my head; if one is to use MLS 5.75.6G and improve their learning ability would this potentially also have their subconoscious mind learn/adapt to subliminal more effectively afterwards? Thinking being subliminals are teaching your subconscious mind to grow/learn.

Scenario that brought the thought;

Currently using UMSv2 (on day 9 stage 1 current 2nd run) and using per instructions for 16 months. Lots changed great progress lots of improvements and all around changes in life includling sleepless nights and tiredness from resistance fear (major lack of self-worth) that I've been going through say as positive because once storm is over its gonna be great. However I'm currently in school and been having trouble with keeping with everything (passed course bummed certifcation exam and retake failed by 4 questions retaking class next year to stay on track with others). I'm a little behind on current class and not focused on it as much as I need/want to be and don't want to fail (studying accounting to get bookkeeping license and new job as a bookkeeper part-time new hybrid came from construction). All within the last 3 months (also dealt with major autoimmune issues nov-feb). As I was struggling with homework I know in past MLS was great study aid. What are your thoughts on my situations stay with UMS (I mean point of being a bookkeeper and school is to increase own financial intelligence and start investing for passive income by 2025 already have 1-2 major investments that could come late 2025/2026 that I want to take full advantage of). OR go on MLS to get through school (done end of May) and get catch up with everything and get out of the stress then start UMS in June? (with regardless of which I do I'm also in the process/unsuccessfully-ish trying to build productivity systems and habits to create flow such as bullet journaling and getting things done for all ventures work, school, personal, and martial arts community)

Thanks ahead of time for the feedback; looking forward to other thoughts on this and potential hearing any other experiences with UMSv2 its such a great and wierd experience want to get through it but at the same I like the "hardships" I feel/sense happening to improve all aspects of life!
