Been waiting to create a journal for this program as I wanted to see which direction it was taking me in before I posted anything about it, and I’m happy I made that decision. I’ll write about what I’ve noticed to date.
Month 1
The first month was weird. I wasn’t really sure what the program was doing. At times I actually felt slower mentally and like my IQ dropped, but I think that was due to my subconscious trying to figure out what this program is doing. (Update on this one. As month 3 ends, this is still wavering back and forth between slower mental reactions and my brain functioning more clearly).
One thing I noticed pretty early though, which was new to me, is that people went out of their way to be around me. Examples of this were really noticed when traveling and sitting in the airport. I would be sitting in an empty area and on multiple occasions I saw people walking around to sit down and sat down pretty close to me even though there were rows of empty seats around. That to me showed that the aura was working its magic.
Month 2 and Month 3
During the second month is where the confidence really kicked in and my level of caring about what everyone else was doing dropped significantly. Before starting I had to be involved in conversations and had to hear everything that’s going on. Now I just don’t care unless it actually affects me.
Going into the third month the one thing that I really notice is the increase in respect from others. My voice carries more weight, people will listen when I speak and will go to me with issues that they’re having.
In the second month I noticed that my body wasn’t digesting food as well (fear response maybe?), but as the third month went on, this went away and digestion issues dissipated and went back to normal. As the third month went on, I’m really noticing that I really just want to be on my own and really don’t want to be in bigger groups even if it’s with people that I know. I just tend to be quieter and don’t really interact with people in a social setting as much.
Other things I’ve observed
- Recently a few more things that I’m noticing is that I’m starting to need less sleep and need to drink less caffeine.
- I don’t know the best way to explain this one. There are nights where I get extremely tired. Once that extreme tiredness passes is when I can actually notice a significant change has occurred. It’s weird but satisfying once it passes.
- People in general are more friendly to me and I’m more open with people in passing and talking with them.
- Eye contact has been on point. Have no problems looking people in the eye and talking to them directly.
- It’s as if I can feel my true emotions a lot more. Annoyance, frustration, happiness, etc. are more noticeable.
- As month 3 ends, I’m noticing that my desire to look at porn or any sexual imagery is going away. It’s as if I’m shifting to wanting real relationships and real contact. Controlling the sexual energy on this program is starting to get easier.
- I used to loathe speaking in front of others. Now I voice my opinion in meetings and can talk in front of people with no problems.
Still a long way to go, but a very good start to this program. Can see myself using this for even longer than 6 months.
Right now I am going to take Duke’s recommendation and take probably 2 weeks off and then start with month 4.
