I have a question: I have been listening to these subliminal since June of 2017. That is 6 years now. I was wondering does it affect your sleep? I use to be a fall asleep as soon as I hit the pillow within 5 minutes. Now I am not tired and when go to bed, I laid there awake until hopefully  I fall asleep. I need to take melatonin and that doesn't even get me to sleep right away. The only way I fall asleep is a sleep hypnosis. Also, when I finally fall asleep I am so exhausted to get up. I listen to awakener & still have problems getting up.

Does anybody have the same problem or am I going crazy?

@Shannon Any advised to help with this matter?
You don't need to post your questions in two places.

You didn't answer this post. Until you check your thread. I waited 2 days with no response. I needed the answer and didn't want to wait forever. What do you think Melatonin is. A sleep aid also along with sleep shuttle. How did you sleep before all these subliminal?

Sometimes I have things to deal with that mean I can't be here every day to answer questions.

Melatonin is a sleep aid the body acclimates to relatively quickly and easily.  Sleep shuttle should work just fine by itself, and the only reason it wouldn't is fear.

If you have a fear response from subliminals that is impacting your sleep, then you should get yourself access to OFv4 and run that for a while and clear out those fears.  The alternative is to use a more powerful sleep induction aid.  Have you tried Sleep Induction Aid Subliminal or Tranquilizer B?  I use the latter and I find that it works well.

I slept the same before all these subliminals as I do now, really.  The only thing that's changed for me is my lungs have gotten worse and it makes it harder for me to sleep because I cough more.
