I had the discussion with Shannon earlier in the thread. I wanted to follow the instructions of 1 loop per day, 2 days on, 2 days off - at least for the first month. However, I already wanted to listen to the subliminal for more loops per day. Shannon said the instructions were a guideline, but I should follow whatever urge I have regarding exposure, as long as it meets the minimum requirements of the subliminal.

What I'm trying to determine is, is this you just being impatient, or is this AutoConfig?

And I'm thinking it's you being impatient because the jump from 1 to 8 is pretty huge, and the erectile response tells me that your subconscious is desperate to try to comply but can't do so fast enough at that number of loops.

Is 8 loops what you believe AutoConfig directed you to, or are you being impatient?

How am I supposed to tell the difference between impatience and AutoConfig?

I don't believe I'm impatient. I wouldn't have bothered purchasing the sub and be willing to wait 9 months for results. I'm aware that results take time. & In certain situations, doing more doesn't necessarily mean quicker or better results.

That being said, I enjoy listening to the trickling stream track because it is soothing. It helping me go to sleep might be a factor in me wanting to play it more. However, I'm not consciously thinking "this helps me sleep, let me listen to it more".

Are you suggesting that I cut it back down to 1 loop?

AutoConfig will express itself by giving you a specific urge that you feel to do a specific thing.  It sounds like you just enjoy the mask I used.

In that case, I suggest you continue at 1 loop and wait until the 3rd month of use to consider doing anything else.  Once you've had 3 months of the program, you can measure your progress and see how you feel.  But again, if AutoConfig kicks in, it needs to be paid attention to.  So if you experience an urge that you feel to do a specific number of loops above 1, post it here and we'll discuss it.

Hey Shannon, are you saying that more consistent or stronger/longer morning wood is possibly indicative of too many loops? or not always? i guess this is hard to answer cuz its so subjective

On ME, it cxould be too many loops and it could be a hormonal shift.  I don't know.  I do know that 1 loops to 8 on this rogram is one hell of a big jump, and that's more than likely not a good thing.  That's why I always counsel incremental shifts instead of leaps off a cliff.  Use the fewest loops that work and accomplish the goal.
I'm still not sure I comprehend the AutoConfig situation. I guess I have an issue understanding the difference between my desire to listen to the subliminal more and the urge to listen to this specific subliminal more?

I will revert back to one loop per day with the 2 on 2 off protocol for 3 months. That would end on 09/23/2022.

I will continue to post the log as a reference and so that anyone interested will know that I am still using the sub as prescribed.

The urge AutoConfig will give you is almost always going to tell you to do something specific.  How did you arrive at 8 loops?  As I understand your explanation, you like listening to the mask used.  That's your conscious mind deciding to listen because it likes something.  Not your subconscious mind telling you, "Listen to 2 more loops per day."

I may be misunderstanding your situation, but my best understanding of how AutoConfig makes itself known, and your situation, makes me relatively certain that your conscious mind chose the number of loops, not your subconscious mind.

Please feel free to correct me if I have misunderstood something.

I felt the desire to listen to it more than one loop per day. I do enjoy listening to the trickling stream track, but I never thought "Let me listen to this for more loops, because I enjoy the sound of the sub". I just feel like listening to it more.

I did not, however, specifically feel the urge to listen to it for 8 loops. I consciously chose 8 loops because my alarm is set to 8AM anyway. I get ready for bed around 12 midnight, so I figured I might as well listen to it for 8 loops.

Alright, then let's presume you are getting some AutoConfig urges, and bump you up to 2 loops per day and see how that goes for you for a while.  If you still have the urge to listen to more after five or six days, let me know.  But it's not wise to jump huge amounts of loops at a time, unless your subconscious directs you in no uncertain terms to do so.  And even then, approach with caution.

Morning erections are happening more frequently than they were previously occurring pre-sub usage. The erections are also lasting longer. I'm also finding it much easier to become aroused and stay aroused. My girth and the weight of my penis also seem to be thicker/heavier when I'm semi-erect. Previously, I tended to "turtle" quite a bit throughout the day. I've noticed that this has improved a bit as well.

Previous results are continuing. Erections are attained and maintained much more easily. Libido has increased. Flaccid feels heavier. Both flaccid and erect feel thicker, but no measurements have been taken to confirm the increase.
