Just wanted to ask a quick question regarding the different hormone subs in general. Do the different hormone programs have an affect on pheromones differently for each program?
Just something that I've noticed since I've used all three, is that it feels like interactions with people that I see and talk to on a daily basis have changed slightly on each. Wasn't sure if this might be a result of pheromones changing along with different hormone levels on how each programs changes them.
I'm sure you can't get too specific with details if that is the case, but was just curious.

What have you noticed regarding your interactions with people across each of the subs you’ve run thus far?
Also just to confirm based on what you said previously- your energy levels and overall exercise performance, endurance, stamina, etc have been the same across all 3 programs?

Pheromones are the result of something along the lines of the metabolising of the hormones in the sweat, IIRC. If the hormones are at different levels and ratios on each program - and they are - then your pheromone signature will produce different results from each program.
Weighed myself again this morning so I figured I'll update real quick.
Starting weight (5/10/22): 268.0
Current weight (6/18/22): 262.8
Currently down 5.2 pounds. This is all with being on vacation for a week where I had to eat crappy food out for every meal, and even after I got back the diet hasn't been as good as it could be. I'll definitely take losing 5 pounds without changing anything in terms of how often/how much I work out and what I eat.
Slowly but surely I'll get down to where I want to be.

I don't know how to respond really to the behavioral differences other than people have responded differently in a positive manner on HOWL. I don't feel as aggressive on HOWL compared to TO.
The second question you asked me to confirm what I've already said. I feel like your question pretty much answered itself. So yes, that's correct everything feels similar.

If you are reverse resisting this, then we have a situation in which you're going to need to clear some issue that makes losing weight a threat somehow. Have you previously used any or all of OF, EHPRA, UH? If so, which versions, and for how long? Let's see if we can find a way to use this to make HOWL better.

I used OFV3 for about 6 months prior to this and I played around with v1 and 2 before this (just not sure how long)
I’ve gained about 8 lbs so far, I’ve been on it for about 6 weeks- I can’t attribute it all to HOWL since I was coming off a diet but it didn’t really do much to stop the gain or cause further loss- and I haven’t been overeating or eating anything unusual, if anything I do feel the appetite suppression I’m varying degrees at different times
I also have noticed change in what I crave
I’ve noticed I sleep a lot more- even though I thought having more optimized hormones would lead to less sleep
I have noticed more energy and somewhat improved physical performance
But overall I am heavier and I haven’t been dropping weight- perhaps it is muscle and/or water weight but it wasn’t my intention to gain any weight of any form whatsoever
