Switched to Ultrasonic.

Ultrasonic format hits different. Seems to trigger less resistance compared to Hybrid. It remains to be seen how effective it is.
Stage 2 | Cycle 2 | Days 5 & 6 OFF

I have to admit I'm going through a subtle depressive phase. At this moment, 1 to 1.5 years on UMS seems a lot to handle. Finding other subs appealing right now(E5, TOFM), might be resistance.
Stage 2 | Cycle 2 | Day 7 OFF

Looking forward to the next cycle.
I've been paying a debt for a few couple of years. I borrowed money from the bank and lost it all on gambling. This was 5-6 years ago or so. Really stupid and reckless thing to do, I know. But I made peace with my mistake.
I still have to pay some significant amount of money. It's something I avoided to think about, but I must be honest with myself, and make repaying it all a priority.
Stage 2 | Cycle 3 | Day 1 ON

Seems to me that Ultrasonic is most conveniently listened when going to sleep, I use the VOX app on iOS and put my phone in airplane mode to make sure notifications don't interrupt the playlist.
I dreamed a lot last night, but nothing on the topic of money / wealth / success so far since starting UMS.
Stage 2 | Cycle 3 | Days 2 & 3 ON

Yet to notice a significant impact from the sub.

At first, Ultrasonic gave me minor sleep interruptions, but now I don't feel it negatively affects my sleep.
Been feeling a lot of frustration / silent anger towards those who live more wealthy and lavish lifestyle. I have to confess it triggers me seeing it on Instagram and everywhere.
Stage 2 | Cycle 3 | Days 5 & 6 ON

Morale is better today. I'm in a long time quest of optimizing my healthy and energy levels, as it's crucial to my success in life. I also have low Testosterone levels for my age, but can't be running TOFM, since I'm committed to UMSv2.
Fixing my sleep schedules and cutting porn / masturbation are crucial for me right now. I've been on a binge lately and I'm not proud.
I suspect that the Hybrid format especially is triggering me to use porn as an escapism. Same happened with OFv3. Ultrasonic too, but to a lesser degree. Masked the least. Either that, or I'm a horny degenerate.

Lately, I've had the temptation / curiousity to switch to other subs.A part of me feels not ready for UMS.
Procrastinating a lot, being very unproductive.
I decided to stop daily journaling on the forum, will only do when something noticeable happens. Still doing 3 loops of Ultrasonic. Haven't had any urges to raise the number of loops.
Stages 1 and 2 have not been fun at all.
Decided to increase the number of US loops by 1 starting next cycle, going from 3 to 4.
And given that soon I will move on to Stage 3, and the instruction for this stage are 2 loops / day, I will actually start Stage 3 with 2 + 1 = 3 loops.
Almost the end of Stage2. Still procrastinating a lot. Much more motivated & determined in days where my health and energy levels are high.
Got a disappointingly small raise at my job. Time to look for a new one.
Stage 3 starts February 1st.
Stage 3 | 3 loops US at 14/16 volume.

Felt a headache in the morning and ear discomfort. I think I kept my phone speakers too close to my ears. I sleep on one side of the bed with my head on the pillow and put the phone on the other pillow.
Regarding the sub, I honestly don't feel anything from it. It's like I'm not even running it. This makes it hard to stick to it, as disillusionment sets in. Don't even feel an urge to increase exposure. Nothing.
Realized that I've been having varying degrees of depression for most of my 20s. It's gotten better after the age of 25. Now that I've entered my 30s, it's still not fully gone.
