It sounds to me like the underlying issue is fear in your case. Having your father tell you to eat everything you have would instill a fear of lack of food if you don't eat everything, and telling you to hurry would make it worse by implying that you'll starve if you don't eat it all NOW.
Appetite suppressant is not designed to deal with fear as a driving force behind over-eating - yet. You can see that that trigger does not respond well to the program as a result, so you might as well switch to something else until I can release an updated version, or something else that may be useful for that goal.
In the mean time, you can try to connect with the younger you who is responsible for this undesired behavior and explain to him that it is unnecessary to do this because the fear driving him is based on imagined dangers that do not actually exist.

It is very wise to use these programs for the durations per run-through that are indicated in the instructions. However, in 6 months, you may have noted that the healing accomplished is quite sufficient for your purposes, so run through it for 6 months and then make your assessment as to what you think is the best way forward.

You are right,
It is a big program from what i was reading it sounded like there was a whole lot more then E5 but then again
mayby i'm just a little dissapointed that i didn't remove all my fears,
at the same time, I can always look at how i feel in the 6 months of using it. I just hope i will do things correctly
luckly i know about the golden rule of the 2 weeks rest if i want to reuse this program again
hopefully i will stop being a perfectionist with this program only one way to find out

Perfectionism is the outward expression of an inward fear of not being good enough unless you are or do perfect(ly). You seem to have a lot of fear, which suggests a more emotionally focused personality. I'd like you to ask yourself the following questions: Exactly why did you stop using OF before the allotted time? Was that an effort at self sabotage to prevent it from working? The programs cannot do their job if you don't use them long enough.
Conscious you may have to be on watch for sabotage efforts by subconscious you, recognize them and thwart them. UH is a very powerful program, but no amount of power can help if it isn't used.

Interesting. I also have a perfectionism, probably rooted in that very fear. Will UH be enough to help heal that? Or would I need to use OFv3 for that down the line?

In my case since I started UH my perfectionism diminished, still having thoughts about doing it wrong or something of the sort but in the emotioal level I just don't care.

UH should be very good for perfectionism.

I did use OCF3 for the full 6 month's, however i had times where i didn't trust my feelings of when of how much i wanted to listen.
I also had impatient cause i want to fix my entire self.
So now that i think about its probably that same perfectionism that stopped me from using it more then 6 months.
Also i'm a very simple guy is someone ask me to use a program for a certain amount of time i just do that.
With Universal Healing i know the task eventually becomes trust your feelings.
So as scary as it may be for messing up.
I'm going to do it.
(I'm also glad to hear that UH will help me fight against perfectionism)
If you doubt your urges, then just follow the directions. That's why they're there - for getting started with, and for those who for whatever reason don't get AutoConfig results, or don't trust the urges. But use it for the full 6 months per run through. I don't recommend lowering the loops, in any case.
