about 5 months ago I did 1 stage of UMSV2, Can I start off at Stage 2 if I want to continue the program?

Nvm I decided to stick with OF v3

No. You have to use all stages in order to achieve the goals, and each one builds on the results of the previous one. That means that you can't do stage 1, then do something else, then do stage 2.
