Today I started "ASRB2 cycle B: Increase loops per day on by 1. (2 loops, 2 days on, 2 days off.) If that doesn't exhaust or cause positive results:"

2 loops from 7:16PM to 9:16PM.

89th day of Hybrid, 149th day of OFV3, 31 days left.

2 loops from 1:43PM - 3:43PM.

90th day of Hybrid, 150th day of OFV3, 30 days left.

I've been feeling tired a lot lately.

I was off from work sick for 1-2 weeks.
