I listened to a loop today of Overcome Fear V3 after a two day break. As soon as I finished listening to it, I felt my mind release a lot of tension about a fear I have been dealing with. Later in the day, I found Shannons Quora profile and looked through his answers to questions people had about the subconscious mind. As I'm scrolling through his responses, I find an answer that he posted in response to a question someone asked. The question they asked was basically "why does one part of me like to be by myself but at the same time the other part of me is scared of being alone" or something like that. Shannon responded with saying ask yourself why you are feeling the fear of loneliness. In his response he said you have to get to the root of the fear and ask your subconscious why it’s fearing it. So I decided to do that in my own situation and talk to myself about my fear. I asked myself why am I feeling fear. Then when I would ask the question I would tell myself the answer and then go deeper in questioning like Shannon said. He said keep asking questions until you understand it and get to the root of it. So I spent a few minutes doing that. Just asking myself questions related to the fear and now I feel a lot better because I'm not resisting it much. This subliminal is awesome
