Networks are crucial for success in business as well as happiness in life, be it for getting new ideas, getting support or just sharing experiences and get advice from more experienced persons. Now lets say I want to level up my networking skills and expanding social circles, what do you think would be most beneficial?

Except DMSI, all of them seems reasonable

That depends on why you're not already where you want to be. 

OFv3 is good. UMSv2 is also a good option.
