It's about how to handle the conflict between your different personality traits when being an entrepreneur (the entrepreneur, the manager and the technican) and understand how to create a successfull, repeatable business that is not dependent on yourself. How to work "on" your business and not "in" your business and it's 30 years of knowledge inside of it, with strong reviews.
I didn't find a similar thread for BASE so maybe this one could work if others want to give you suggestions as well.
