The latest gen of subs is too powerful to just casually switch back and forth with. You will get unpleasant turbulence. You need some days off between at least; a week is better. You also need to commit to whatever you're doing.  That anger is your subconscious getting upset because you're demanding that it do something impossible: both at once.
Last night I was dreaming constantly about music, I was writing or freestyling in my dreams, literally the whole time I was sleeping, I would wake up throughout the night & remember what I was just dreaming about.

I woke up with a headache which never happens to me, Ever. & I felt tired, This was my second day rest from subliminals, but two days prior I had done 8 loops of UMv2.

Also, I am in the process of starting a relationship with someone, We have been talking through text for several months now, and it seems as though we are both wanting to get into a relationship together, should our in person meet up go well.

We went to the same Middle School & High School & we know allot about eachother, and what type of person we are.

I wasn't into her before in that way, as I prefer Latina & Colored women, (I like White women too, but I don't usually meet the ones I'm attracted too as often.)

But we've bene having lots of deep & long conversations & we seem to have allot of mental chemistry, she is hot , nice physique & face & everything.

I am not going to rush anything, I feel an abundance mentality right now, & I don't want to settle down unless I feel like its right.

I am worried I will end up breaking her heart, I don't know how I will feel when we meet up, but for now I am interested.

Out of any women I've ever spoke too, I've connected more with her. She's an intellectual, Empath, & Animal Lover like myself. She is supportive of my music, & not the judgmental type that I don't like.

unrelated, but I feel allot of stress / tension in my jaw / shoulders / neck, I am in need of a massage.

Oh and yesterday I spent 10 hours producing a beat, and it turned out to be REALLY good so far, the best hip Hop beat Ive ever made, and the only one that is actually possible to rap on, where the rhythm is proper.
I also feel very tired right now, even tho i just had coffee, and woke up not too long ago, I feel like turbuluence again, I feel like I don't know what I want to do with myself. but yesterday I felt fine. It might be some type of TID from UM v2 stage 2 that I'm going to start today.
If I had to choose between listening to 3 loops of UM v2 stage 2, back to back without interruption, or using headphones. What would be better for results?

I can use headphones but often get interrupted.

also I think I'm iron deficent, I think that is contributing to my fatigue, Because I'm a pescatarian and dont eat read meat or chicken anymore

I took an iron pill right now feel less fatique and better, i am also listenign to the stage 2 now though so I don't know if thats contributing to me feeling better or not.

Yes, any pause disrupts primary ASRB and is therefore an interruption.  I get pissed when I find out my player has stopped, even for 5 seconds, lol!  Probably part of my version of perfectionism.  

If you're a pescatarian, you'd be surprised.  There's iron, B-12, and Vitamin D - not to mention omega-3 fatty acids - in many varieties of fish.

You will want to make sure you're consuming seafood with the lowest mercury levels, however.  
  • Anchovies, herring, North Atlantic mackerel, pollock, sardines, shrimp, freshwater trout, squid, clams, crayfish and catfish.

That shouldn't have much impact.

Definitely get your vitamins and minerals on while using these high end programs.  They are very demanding of your most energy and oxygen demanding organ, your brain.  Iron supplementation is important.  You also need the other trace minerals and electrolytes as well.   As a pescatarian (sp?), you should have good access to iron from tuna that starts off deep red, like Ahi.  You also definitely want to give your brain plenty of the Omega oils that it uses to build and heal itself; IIRC, Omega-3 and 6, which are commonly found in certain types of fish, such as certain species of wild Alaskan salmon.  Make sure they're wild caught though.
Sea moss/Irish moss is an amazing source of vitamins and minerals FYI, just don't over consume it

Sweet thanks for the info, I didn't know Tuna & Wilf Fish had Iron, That's good, I like Sushi allot, I usually get raw fish, I only buy wild fish at the grocery store, but when I eat sushi sometimes I eat stuff that isn't raw, If i have no choice. but I'll go back to raw only. 

I've been taking allot of vitamin C and D3 chewable pills, and Vitamin b12, like going over the reccomended daily limit. Not sure why, part of the reason is it tastes good, & because I lift allot of weights, and I'm always using my brain to make music and or engineer music, I feel like I probably need more then an average person.

I'm releasing negative emotions and trauma again, I had not noticed myself yawning for 2-3 weeks now. Before like I mentioned in an earlier post it would happen every 5 minutes 24/7. OF v3 really helped me heal allot. Then when I switched programs it stopped happening as frequently, to the point I didn't notice it.

It's come back now, after starting stage 2, not every 5 minutes but quite often.

Also my anger went away. I feel a certain level of calmness, but not as Zen as I was on OF v3.
I'm switching back to Overcome Fear v3, Call it sabotage or whatever, but I've come to the conclusion that it's the better program for me because even though UM v2 is great for allot of things, and I'm enjoying it. I do feel something is missing, and I am noticing my fears coming back. I wish UM v2 had OF v3 full version in it, it would be a better program imo. even if it did take longer to work it would be better if it wasn't so focused on money, when it comes to fear scripting.

I realized that my freestyling and rapping has been worse since I started UM v2 & I am noticing that I am worrying more about shit. I also have been less productive with my business strangely enough. I think the fear is causing me to not be proactive. I am a wise enough person to do what needs to be done right now business wise without UM v2, I know what I need to do, & I was doing it on OF v3.
UMS v2 does have FRM full version in it. The only thing different is the goal of the program. In OF, FRM is pointed at "all fears". In UMS, FRM is pointed at those fears that stand in the way of you achieving UMS. FRM is the same in either case.

You didn't follow the instructions.
