Listened to my first loop today 5/15 volume ultrasonic flac
From 5hrs 24 minutes of listening time a day to just one hour is so convenient it almost seems too good to be true. Im thinking how can that possibly work?!
You can fit that loop in anytime you want, with any format you want!! Which is good

I dont think one hour of US on earbuds will significantly affect hearing would it?

One loop alone was 1hr 48 minutes. We had to listen to three loops of that.

Ah, on earbuds that's what you would need - especially if you're using ultrasonic. The ultrasonic itself doesn't cause issues, but the volume can if it's too high or too low. It's easy to make either of those mistakes, which is why we recommend against ultrasonic on earbuds. One hour doesn't matter if you do it enough, because it can still cause problems if its too loud. That volume should be okay.

I recommend you quit using earbuds and start using a speaker at 12/15 volume, change to 2 days on and 2 days off and 2 loops per day on.

Don't think it's wise to use them together.
I am committed to OFv3.
If I see reports of other people reporting growth on that sub in the next few months, I might jump on it after finishing OFv3.

It has been the standing rule since 2012 that you can only use 5G and later one at a time. In all that time there has been only one exception I can remember. Since we stepped up to 5.75.7G the reasons for that are even more pronounced. So... no. You will have to finish using OF3 and then use ME.

I was thinking London1 that perhaps you even asking to use another sub is 1 of the resistance methods used by the subconscious. That alone suggests OF is working for you and to now more than ever NOT to move subs.
I also wonder considering what the next sub is about, ie male enhancement whether you being excited about it comes from fear in itself? just a thought worth considering.
