I've been doing Mewing for 2 years now but the results are really subpar. Only manage to get into this seriously for the last two months due to enrolling on a proper myofunctional therapist and dentist who can guide me in improving my posture.

Mewing is taken from the word Mew of Dr. John and Mike Mew. They are Orthodontists / Orthotropists.
Maybe one day Shannon can create a new sub that will integrate this. Kind of like a Looksmax sub. Make us look more handsome physically. Bigger jaw, no more mouth breathing, improve eyebrow ridge, etc. I mean who wouldn't want a more handsome face, proper posture and good health.
