You can choose to allow yourself to be affected by it, by understanding that it is not controlling you. It is only triggering your natural frequency following response, which in turn changes your state of awareness to whatever the goal of the program is. It's the same thing that happens when you listen to a metronome that is slowly getting slower, but better. My mother did learn to allow herself to be affected, but for her, it only worked when nobody else was around. Different people will have different responses. Just remember that the fearful part of you is not rational and may have a very primitive understanding. It may help to talk to the fearful part and tell it that you want to be affected and to allow the program to help you fall asleep.
Then again, if your fearful subconscious is for some reason afraid of falling asleep, you're going to have an issue using BWE. In that case, you'll need to deal with the fear.
I accepted that it is not controlling me and is beneficial for me to have a proper sleep schedule.
Should I listen to it at low or high volume?
Day 3 of trying Sleep Shuttle to fall asleep. Finished the entire track and I'm not sure if I were able to fall asleep probably at most 20 mins.
Day 4 is roughly the same with the Sleep Shuttle.
Power Nap also didn't work when I tried to nap.
Use it at a moderate to moderately high volume that is comfortable. It should work at almost any volume, if you are not subconsciously fighting it. But I find that it's fastest at moderate to moderately high volumes that are comfortable.

Power Nap made me sleep but I overslept and I didn't wake up refreshed. Maybe a sign of progress?

Hello Reki,
I was having problems sleeping use Sleep shuttle and fell right to sleep. It works great. I also use it before my subliminal if having problems sleeping. It seems no matter what time I go to bed not tired.

I was having problems sleeping use Sleep shuttle and fell right to sleep. It works great. I also use it before my subliminal if having problems sleeping. It seems no matter what time I go to bed not tired.
How did you make it work for you? Im on Day 6 and it's not working for me

So it is clear that what is happening is that you are being affected by the BWE, but some part of your subconscious does not want you asleep for some reason. I would bet money it's a fear. Can you use OF v3 instead? I think that would be the best way forward. Clear that fear and get some rest.

If your issue boils down to fear, then you'll do best with OFv3. Hypersleep isn't designed for common or frequent usage, it's an emergency recharge for your brain. It's also using the same techniques as Sleep Magic.
Tranquilizer B I don't have much feedback on, except to note that the person I created it for (my GF) resists it. Her issue is fear. She also resists SIAv2. Both work just fine on me.
I suggest OFv3 is most likely to be useful for not only clearing that issue, but anything else you are having trouble with because of fear. It is also much more advanced than, and much more powerful than, anything else.
