Sure, Jake. Keep going on your journey too. For now, let's take three day rest.

Little comment from people who used to chatter with me, they said I'm way more relax while talking, but interally speaking, I really don't have any other intention while talking to people, and look like they response to that intention nicely.

its awesome if you already at this initial stage are getting these clear signs that the sub is working for you!! yes enjoy the rest and I forgot to number like you so ill go back and change my latest post lol

Thanks Jake.

Tbh I'm bit scared myself with the result. Today and yesterday I almost got into accident in the street, at that time I don't felt anything at all, I just "tsk" and then going on like nothing happened.

But on the other hand I don't know what to expect and don't want to know what to expect from this subs.

I just love the feeling I am right now.

It feels 'just right.'

And for the first time ever I don't tempted to buy new subs when Shannon start building new one, usually I jump to new subs when he create new one (USLM v4.2 to AoL to OF v3).

I really want to finish this OF v3 for 180 days minimum.

After that maybe UMS or AM 7 if it built by that time.

Welcome Qiel and keep going.

I know what you mean, im feeling especially as its simply 1 loop im not stressed about it im just getting it played and I intend to play it for the 180 days/6months too.

I also have no idea what its doing or supposed to do so all we can do is note anything we can for Shannon and ourselves as I think we're all doing.

You've given me an idea to update onto my journal so ill add it there haha thanks for the inspiration
Day 6/180 | Cycle 2 day 1

Damn it's smooth.
Day 7/180 | C2D2 | Next Run May 29th

Respect. Just like everybody report they got more enjoyable convo etc, I've got a lot more respect from others. @Shannon there's something I want to ask, while using OF v3, for 4 consecuetive days I almost got into road accident, in the end we're all okay, nothing happened, but like what I've wrote before, I felt like nothing, zero, zilch, like nothing ever happened. No trauma. No shock. Normal heart rate. The fearless attitude make some part of me scared, but most of the part satisfied with it. From your perspective, is it pure coincidence, or it is within the script that we sooner or later gonna be faced with our fears little by little and win? Thank you very much.

I witnessed a car accident yesterday right in front of me. I was a little stressed trying to get out of the way but I calmly maneuvered myself past the accident

First, are you saying you ran a loop of OF for 4 days in a row?

Second, you're running Overcoming Fear v3.  Doesn't it make sense that you're going to be faced with situations that would normally trigger fear, but don't anymore because the program is doing its job?  You're not going to try to remove all fear at once, after all, because that would be too much too fast.  What you're describing is the program doing exactly what it's designed to do.

Apologize for the confusion in language. I'm doing it as instructed. 2 day on 3 day off. But for the past 4 days, I've almost goin into road accident. Every. Single. Day. Yes the feeling after that is just like a cold blooded psycho, nothing at all. Like nothing happened. But when I think about it again, 4 consecuetive days almost facing the death door are scary experience. That's why I askin is it pure coincidence, just a bad day, or it has something to do with the subs.

But I can't deny the fact that I love the "feeling nothing at all" feeling.

So when you say almost getting into an accident, is it your fault or theirs?  I suspect you'll say it's your fault.  That would mean that until now, you've been relying too heavily on fear to keep you safe, and now you have to learn to stay safe by using your conscious, logical mind and paying attention.

Just consider what is happening with a little logic applied.

You start running Overcoming Fear, and you start noticing that every day for the past 4 days you almost get into an accident, and that you have no fear.  There is a small fear response to having no fear. This tells us the following:

1. Your fears are being removed.
2. The sudden and continuous "almost getting into an accident" is happening as a result of your fears being removed.
3. The fears were previously preventing you from doing that (almost having accidents).
4. Without the fear they are happening consistently, which means you were relying completely on fear to prevent them.

Fear is only one way you can keep yourself safe.  The other is to pay attention and think.  Fear might dictate that you don't walk a tightrope over the Grand Canyon without having mastered tightrope walking, because you'll fall 20+ stories to your death.  But guess what?  Common sense and logic would tell you the exact same thing.  You just have to engage that part of your brain.

In other words, the other part of your safety net is not paying attention because it never had to before.  So all you need to do is learn to start paying attention, instead of relying on fear.

So what would happen if we were faced in a situation where we instinctively need to react to something to not be in harms way? Would that instinctive fear based response of "not wanting to die" fall away with enough use of OF? Instinct is probably more effective in helping us react to something when you just have a few hundreds of a second to react rather than having to logically think through something.
