I decided to open a journal because not many people are using/talking about AOL.
I'm not gonna post every day, but if I have something I believe is worth saying/posting, I will.
This was a post I did yesterday:

I'm 10 days into AOL, and my own mom started looking at me weirdly, and when I asked why, she said that I just look happier than usual and smiling more.
I've been using Shannon's subs since 2016 on and off, and this is the first time I actually got a response that people see. I'm working at home now, so I can't really see what it does to many people, but I have definitely felt happier, even though nothing has changed externally in my life, as of now.
I believe this makes a point to just how powerful this new tech is, and with just 1 loop per day...
Thanks, Shannon, and keep doing the great job you've been doing.
In general, I am finding myself more grounded and less prone to overreacting or getting mad, etc. I also found that I get these instant urges to smile and share my happiness, even though I'm normally a "poker face" kind of guy. Another permanent feeling I have is that nothing and no one can fuck up my mood or life, and this is really defined and obvious for me. I'm not gonna say AOL did it all for me, but it definitely made it stronger. As I said in my post, I haven't really gone out since all this corona stuff started, because I have been working at home, but I will try to see what happens when I do.
Tonight I'm experimenting with 2 loops of AOL.
We'll see how it goes  Cool
Ok...
So, I woke up 2 hours earlier than I was supposed, with only 5/6h of sleep (DEFINITELY not normal) with a lot of energy, smiling, jumped from the bed, blasted some music, and started working. It's been already 2 hours since then, and I'm still going strong Big Grin

Let's see where this goes.
