Are Sleephones good for subliminal and for this sub?

Pretty much having a hard time falling asleep
 Sometimes I haven't  slept in 2 days and if I sleep I end up falling asleep around 2pm to 7pm and waking up feeling like total shit.

I read that bluetooth is not a good option but this is wired. No info about the frequency response though.

you don't need to use sleep phones for sleep magic, because it doesnt last for hours,
if you wanna sleep, use sleep shuttle with headphones, it lasts 40 minutes I guess after that, while sleeping headphones will fall of by itself.

and you don't need to worry about frequncies while using headphones, because you cant use ultrasonic with it.

What's sleep shuttle?

sleep magic contains 2 bwes;
sleep magic gives you a 40 minutes long "GOOD" sleep equals to 2-4 hours of normal sleep cycle
and
sleep shuttle, make you sleep within 40 minutes , it is usefull if you can't sleep
