I've been realizing this more and more. It's a tap dance around your insecurities instead of facing and owning up to them directly. You're meant to drain the power out of your fears, etc. not create a false sense of security (lines, routines, body language "hacks") to avoid facing them. Some pick up frameworks are good for understanding male-female dynamics, why women shit test, etc.
In short, if you don't feel some buzz of sexual arousal when approaching an attractive woman, not only do you have emotional hangups, but you will probably mess up the conversation because the woman is moreso talking to a robot than a feeling person.
What your saying is true, but I had to put in hours of texting with these women, and deal with many different obstacles on the way, and face to face on the date I was super grounded and confident and attractive.

I 100% agree, I used to be a terrible texter most of my life because I overthought everything, overcome fear has allowed me to express my natural personality and vulnerabilities without fear of rejection or loss. Version 2 is more powerful, I also use a releasing technique that releases negative emotions when they arise and feelings of shame and sadness or anger.
It’s a form of meditation specifically designed to releas negative emotions.
I know it works because everytime I do it I start yawning like crazy and feel mentally and physically lighter after like the negativity left my body.
I know a few succcesful life coaches that do this technique one of them taught me.
It’s called releasing, I believe tapping also works.

A woman like the one you're describing who makes you wait for sex in a serious committed relationship is usually one who has self respect and self esteem. She's also got self control and she's not very likely going to sleep around on you. They're usually great wife material. That said...
If she wants to wait until marriage to have sex is a lot different than if she wants to wait until a committed relationship for sex. In my opinion, waiting for marriage to have sex, while good in theory, is usually a bad idea in actual practice because it removes one of the most important aspects of determining one's long term compatibility with someone, which is sexual compatibility, and delays it until after you can't easily choose someone else. I believe it's very important to know how sexually compatible you are with each other before making a permanent commitment like marriage.
