Im really really supposed to be getting started with my healing (E4) but I keep wanting to mess around and do different things.
I feel like I could do with some success and 'luck' (I recieved THREE speeding tickets so far this year...)
Also maybe it would make future subs more successful?

Do you think a three month run would bring any benefit or would it just be a waste of time considering I need healing

I would focus on healing first then do USLM. I ran USLM before running E3 and I wish I had done the opposite.

Sounds like your subconscious knows what will happen if you run E4 and it's trying to distract you and convince you all kinds of stuff to not do it.

Run E4.
