The Sedona Method descends from Lester Levenson's work. It a deceptively simple process of letting go of emotional baggage. The courses can be a little pricey, but the book The Sedona Method will give you enough to start at a much lower price. Release Technique also descends from Levenson's work. Some people say RT is better but I'm going to finish the 4-in-1 Sedona Course before I start RT's Abundance Course so I can't say one way or the other.
Day 38
DRS is still only doing so much. It's starting to seem like people get used to it doing whatever it does to them, so they quickly get their jabs in at the end of a conversation. DRS doesn't seem to be hitting people as hard under this scenario.
It continues to dig away at junk in my subconscious and make progress with far more efficiency than E2 and without all of the negative side effects.
Day 41
DRS is still doing absolutely nothing on negativity that comes from a phone conversation. Is it supposed to? Because that's a pretty big hole in the shield at this point.
E4 is really pushing me to be proactive in assisting it get to the end goal faster. I can feel myself getting accustomed to this rate of recovery and as such it no longer feels newsworthy.
I'm having more days where I find myself having put in 12+ hours of work and then allowing myself to take a break for an hour. I'm mostly over the bump in the road I hit about a week and a half ago.
DRS is supposed to protect you against all negativity that you have incoming. Maybe the negativity is coming through because you're dealing with it coming through your cell phone, which would perhaps bypass the shield. Or maybe you're interpreting the vocals to be negativity and it's really an internal automatic self response that you think is coming from them?
