am ready to get new subs and am looking into getting Ultra Success.
would just like to know WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN the Ultra Success! (4G/Type B) program and the Ultra Success! 3.0 program?
-is the 4G the latest or the superior one between the two?

4G is more powerful than 3G, and because of that, it will tend to work much faster as a result. You're also more likely to see more obvious effects. The 4G Ultra Success has active manifestation in it, which makes it type B/D hybrid. The catch is, you can't use 4G Ultra Success with other manifestation programs which is where the 3G version comes in.
The 3G Ultra Success "may" take a little longer to work however it's still effective and because it is just a Type B, it's a bit easier to work with and will allow you to use it with programs like Alpha Male 2011 with any clashing.

To clarify, "3.0" does not mean "3G". 3.0 refers to the version number of the release. 3G refers to 3rd Generation technology used in the build process. In this case, they just happen to be the same number, but do not mean the same thing.
In most cases, the 4G will replace the version number, which was the revision within the 3G set of releases. Exceptions include Sex Magnet (1.0, released in 2011 and 2.0, released in 2012) and Alpha Male Subliminal Training Set, which is transitioning from Version 2011 to Version 5.0 (instead of Version 2012).
