Yeah it was the latter. I’m pretty sure it was my inner child giving up on fighting the sub and is trying making peace with me. I can tell he’s not happy about it but seems to understand I can’t stop using the sub. I told him it will take the fear away. I felt a little lighter after that meditation, still some resistance but much less.
