Around when is E4 coming out?

I have a 100% failure rate at guessing or estimating these things. It will be released either before or after LTU6 is finished, depending on whether or not building it would significantly delay LTU6. Maybe it'll be released after Stage 1 of LTU6 is released. But I really have no idea when the Master Key Script of LTU6 is going to be finished, so I don't know when Stage 1 will be built. E4 will be branched from LTU6. I will try to get it out ASAP, but there are a variety of unknown variables to deal with. Sorry I can't be more specific.

I ask because im wanting to know if I should start E3 or wait for E4

I think @Shannon said that it might be soon enough that you wait for E4 

He would able to give a definitive answer tho

Yes. Unless something very unexpected happens at the last moment.
