the more listening time, more you can benefit. Imo 9 hours is not fine, if I would use it I use at least 12 hours each day.

E1 usage is not like other programs in 5G. It will depend on the user's individual needs. If you're not seeing results, more time. If you feel emotional pain, more time. If you feel brain melting exhaustion, less time.
Keep in mind, some guys need much more time per day than others on this program. I got great results from using it 8 hours a day, sometimes less. Some people will need 12, 14, 16, 21 hours a day. Some people will need more time at certain times than others. After someone's death, more time. After a breakup, more time. Just trying to clear emotional garbage may not need as much time.
Adjust your usage to what works for you.
