So, the "Ultra Motivation"  part of the sub kicked in hard a couple of days after my last post. But, it came with a cost - my sleep.

I can't find four and a half hours of uninterrupted listening time during the day. This means I can only listen to the tracks uninterrupted while I sleep. I made a playlist with some blank tracks and set the subs to start playing at 01:30 am. I had no problem with this before, even though I would get up early full of energy.

Lately, however, I would be wide awake at 4 am with racing thoughts. One night, I dreamed I was working on a project. When I woke up from the dream, again at about 4 am, it seemed my brain could not tell the difference between me being in a dream and being awake. I had the motivation to continue working on the project, but of course, it was a project in my dream and I was in bed. lol.

I last listened to the sub on Saturday. I stopped because the early wakes would make me crash later in the day when I was supposed to be alert. However, I am still experiencing benefits from the sub.

My level of procrastination is still low, if not lower as compared to the last time I posted. My motivation has increased greatly. The jobs I had lined up have been put on hold due to the economic situation. This has not discouraged me one bit. I'm motivated to learn new digital skills (which I am doing at the moment) and use them to sell services on freelance platforms.

An issue I have with this newfound motivation is the lack of focus on my part. I don't have clearly defined goals written down yet. Therefore, the motivation may be wasted by me chasing three rabbits at the same time. Now that I have identified this, I will work on it first thing tomorrow.

This is a great sub. I will definitely be using it again when it is upgraded. My only suggestion for Shannon will be for the recommended listening time of the sub to be reduced in the upgraded version. I think 2.5 to 3 hours of listening will be ideal
The amount of listening time isn't by design, it's a result of the design, and the design dictates it. I do my best to minimize listening time, but the time required depends on the advancement of the technology and the goal of the program with regard to the user and their personality and response, not what I might want.
