@Shannon

What are your thoughts on this suggestion?
I think it is worth doing. It's just a matter of when will I have the chance?

@Shannon

Ok. I thought I would just suggest it. I think this is a core component of success.
@Shannon

After MIR, FRM4.9 and USLM 4.2, any idea on where this might fit into the queue of programs to make?
Here another video about self worth/deservedness

Here is a book I picked up and started to read it. It’s very powerful and delves into good detail about deservedness.
One exercise in the book I liked has you close your eyes, and ask your self if you truly believe you deserve your goals?

I tried this and it surprised me what subconscious beliefs came up.

Hopefully this sub would help change our beliefs from undeserving to deserving in all areas of our life.

Here is another video about deservedness I found. It is more focused on relationships but think this can apply to any area of our life

@Shannon

I saw in an earlier thread that you were thinking about making some focusfires in the near future after USLM.

Could this sub perhaps be a focus fire candidate?
Author Dan Millman wrote about self worth:
“ Self-worth (associated with self-respect) refers to your overall sense of value, worth, goodness, and deservedness”

Furthermore he writes “ Your sense of worth or deservedness shapes your life by creating tendencies. If you feel worthy and deserving, you tend to make productive choices. If you feel unworthy and undeserving, you tend to make destructive or limiting choices. “

I think the above should be the basis of the Self Worth/Deservedness program.
what you think about Self-esteem sub,? maybe this deservedness module could be added to it. I agree it is really important idea feeling deservedness, and self-worthy.
this sub, could be a base module for all sub, like EPRHA in most 5Gs.

So I distinguish self esteem and self worth. I think self esteem is related how well do you like yourself. Of course it can change based on many different things.

Self worth is a deeper concept. It about perceived worth or deservedness. It goes much deeper than just liking yourself.
@THolt I've been following your posts on self worth, self love, etc and I completely agree on how important it is. It's something that hit me a few weeks ago.
I'm confident and believe I have a healthy level of self esteem (I also ran SE back in 2018 for a short while and thought it was great) however feel that I have no self worth or self love (whether you can have both good self esteem and low self worth I don't know?) .

Something that has held me back in life despite what I do and the life I have.
I'm currently reading your suggestion of the book 'You deserve it' as well as 'Love Yourself: The 30 Day Challenge' and am intrigued to hear which Dan Millman book comments on self worth.

Hey Amann

So the book is called Everyday Enlightenment. The first chapter is about self worth
