Subliminal Talk

I think Spiral had a great idea for Shannon to produce more fear based subs. So I thought who ever needed such a sub could give him their idea’s here. Mine of course would be fear of abandonment. I would go as far as to say also fear of change which in my mind would lead to fear of being out of my comfort zone.

So those are my top 3!

So what’s your biggest fear? And if any of you guys say fear of approaching women, I’m bopping you in the head! Dig deeper!

Although some are already addressed by the subliminals, the fears that impact(ed) and immobilized my life the most are:

• Agoraphobia
  
• Fear of social rejection / looking bad (coming across to others as weird, ugly, dumb, unworthy or something to be laughed at, feeling observed, being objectivied)
  
• Fear of groups (kids/teens observing/standing around)
  
• Fear of what people might think about me;
  
• Fear of abandonment (a few days ago I came to the realization that I expect people to abandon me);
  
• Fear of emotional openness /showing true feelings / being your self;
  
• Fear of conflict;
  
• Fear of (becoming a) failure;
  

Jay, all those are great. Maybe some of those can be covered in 1 program.
