Been a while since I updated. I've found that running 1 loop 4 days with 3 days off works best for me, but only when I run it like 1x1, 1x0. Running it this way the last 3 weeks has finally helped me move beyond the procrastination stage and ideas are starting to roll in like clockwork. As long as I stay away from netflix or video games, my brain gets to work. I've taken to using a notepad and pen to write my book drafts so the temptation of distraction with a computer isn't there.

After my weekly visit to the bookstore, I was struck with a brilliant business idea that solves a problem that I always have so that's now in the research phase. There are businesses that do what I want, but not in my country and their shipping costs to Australia are almost as much as the service. I'm going to provide something similar so others like me can enjoy it at almost half the price.

On a side note: The things I use on a regular basis like my phone, car, and laptop all seem to have decided they want to have problems that either require expensive repairs or total replacement.
Feel like crap today. I woke up feeling fine and then got hit by a sudden wall of misery and wanting to go home instead of being at work. I love coming into work so this is an unexpected feeling.
Got hit with a major case of anxiety yesterday. I'm usually prone to anxiety, but it's been a while since I've experienced it. I've learned to avoid it by generally not caring about anything, but I got hit hard yesterday when I seemingly had nothing to do, but felt a strong push to do something. Thee only way to get over it was to sleep and I slept for about 2 hours and woke up feeling great.

Started working on my business idea and set up the landing page of the website. Just gotta get money together to direct traffic to it and get enough feedback so I can discuss with suppliers.
Had a dream that my universe exploded with happiness and I was flying through it. The way I saw it was clouds above and below with fire in the middle. It was such a strange experience and I've never had a dream like that before.

On a side note: The dreams I had last week were full of rage and frustration which is also not something I tend to dream about. This sub is definitely cleaning out some junk.
Still trying to work out the ideal listening routine. I've been doing 1 day of 1 loop with 6 days off. I have nothing happen until the 6th day and then I'm hit with inspiration to do things. I'm not sure if that means I should have more days off to get the benefit of bloom or if I should keep the same days but increase loops during my day of listening, OR if I should keep doing what I'm doing.

I've been doing muscle testing to see what my subconscious says and double-checking the answers aren't out of fear or an attempt to stop the program from working. Seems like my subconscious wants 1 day of 1 loop with 5 days off. I usually double-check once a week to keep on track and also see if my subconscious is executing on the daily.
I suggest trying 5-8 loops, one day, and then observing bloom and fade for 7 days. I bet that would give you a better result than 1 loop any day.

Alright, I'll give that a try Thumbsup
Found I had an extra $40 in my bank account today. It was a refund of a fee from my bank but after looking through almost a year of fees there aren't any transactions related to my bank. It's not much but it was pretty cool to see I had more money than expected.

I've had my 7 days off and will listen to another 8 loops tonight. I noticed more results with my motivation last week, but this week I had the extra 40 bucks without the motivation so thats pretty interesting.
So on top of my back "refunding" a bank fee or $40, work also paid me an extra $40. We don't get overtime and I had done any extra shifts either so I have no idea why that's happened. I also went out for lunch but because their EFTPOS machine wasn't working they gave me the meal for free as I never carry cash which saved me around $20. All up I've managed to save/gain an extra $100 in a span of 5 days.

Monetary results are starting to show without any extra effort on my part which is awesome! I'm excited to see how far this takes me.
The sub is clearly working just not consistently. The results I get are consistently better than those that came before though. In the last three weeks my pay has been over $900 each and starting next week I will be earning an extra $200 a week. The only problem I have is that I am relying on my job for that money and the extra money comes at the expense of more time and ends up making me extremely tired to pursue any of my personal projects.

My exhaustion levels have caused me to sleep between 10 - 12 hours a night and it makes me want to lounge around and sleep all day to let my body recover. I get random spots of inspiration every now and then and I write down everything so I still feel like some progress is being made but the way things are going is a little disheartening. Hopefully, I can find a way to motivate myself to push beyond the exhaustion.
Today marks 6 months since I've started using UMS. I've been given a promotion at work which gives me an extra 16 thousand a year. That also comes with a chance to get further increases based on my performance and how well I do with KPI's and getting everyone to work efficiently. Though this is AWESOME, it's a far cry from what I'm planning to achieve within the next year.

Some other things have happened (which I thought was terrible at the time, but ended up being really beneficial):

My car broke down and needed over 3k worth of repairs done to it. This forced me to start cycling to work and got me in great shape and I ended up improving my diet as a result.

My laptop died which got rid of my daily distraction of the youtube rabbit hole. I ended up replacing it with an e-ink tablet that converts handwritten notes to text. I've always found my work flows better and the quality is improved when hand-written so this was an incredible purchase. It also solves a problem I had of proofreading my work which I can now do with the tablet.

I've been forced to move. The inconvenience of not having a car while needing to relocate sucks, but I've been able to find a cheaper place that better suits me, is closer to work, and I no longer have to share with others.

2020 looks like it's going to be a great year!
My mind has recently moved towards debt removal and I recently read Money Makeover. Managed to get $1900 within 2 days for an emergency fund and to pay off some debt. I also served one of the Hemsworth brothers at work and another named Stephen King (not the real guy but a funny coincidence) within the last 24 hours. I thought it was interesting because I want to be a successful author and also want to write scripts for movies.
Thought it would be a good idea to take a break from the sub for a little bit (3 months). Here's a list of things I've noticed during my break from UMS:

Work started paying me monthly bonuses
They extended my contract by 6 months
I paid off 12k worth of debt
I've started researching investing more intensively
My creativity is slowly coming back and ideas for stories are bubbling to the surface
Before spending any money, my mind automatically asks if the purchase is necessary

I'm back to listening UMS for the last few days and eager to see what changes will come about and hoping l won't need another break for them to occur.
