I am interested in what types of methods people are using other than 9-5 jobs in order to make money, if you don't feel comfortable discussing publicly inbox me.
I have considered:
Real estate wholesaling (flipping)
Reselling (Via Ebay)
E-Commerce (Selling intellectual property and/or dropshipping)
And investing in things like P2P lending and stocks and bonds.
Blogging and monetizing websites.
I have a preference for things that can be scaled up and also have the potential to be automated/ turned into more passive income.
I currently have an abundance of time to devote to any pursuit.
