Maybe 3.3 d is actually better than 3.3.1 d but how can we know? how many weeks before deciding which one is better?

Personally, 3.3.1D went deeper into fears for me so for me, it better. Had some of the most intense dreams that made me feel free after it was done. Also less rage episodes. they were there but were shorter and less intense before a 'breakthrough'

Given the changes from 3.3.0-D to 3.3.1-D I can confidently assure you that there is no way 3.3.0-D is "better". Easier to resist, yes. Less effective for accomplishing it's goals, yes. So if you want to be able to resist, I suppose you could frame 3.3.0-D as "better", but in any other case, it isn't "better".

Use it when she is not around.

That's exceedingly difficult. 8 hour 48 mins without break and not during sleep time. I am a guy that always says it can be done but this is a challenge. I will turn the volume down for now, is that a good option?

That depends on the answer to the following question, which neither of us know:
What is your ideal volume?
But, what volume are you using it with the headphones that she can hear, and are you using masked, ultrasonic or hybrid format with headphones?

I used it on higher volume the one time she said she could here it. Last night I lowered the volume, to the point where I think she can't hear anything anymore. I use hybrid ocean. About ideal volume I am not sure. It seems to be consensus that the higher the volume the more effective?

No.... not even close... the optimal volume depends on your personality type, what format you use and your circumstances.
There are two major divisions. Type 1 does better with louder volumes, as they take more volume as more urgency and subconsciously try harder. Type 2 does better with low to moderate volumes, because they take volume as demands they refuse to cooperate with.
Get the volume too high and you may trigger resistance, and get it too low and you may have the subconscious ignore the instructions, or execute gradually, or at some later date. The optimal volume is where you execute the most and the most quickly. More is not always better.
For Hybrid format, you're getting lower and higher volumes at the same time, so you should be fine using it at a volume she can't hear.

Last night only got about 6 Loops in so I listen to 2 more now. Then at night another 8 and after that 3 days break. I think I feel the FRM and I really like it. I once wrote years ago : He who has no fear cannot fail

He who has no fear cannot fail - unless he also has no wisdom.

Yeah I invented this saying: He who has no fear cannot fail.
but I don't understand it haha. He who has no fear can relax now that's more logical

Fear keeps you safe, if you don't think. You may know that touching a hot stove will hurt, and have no fear of it, but wisdom still stops you. If you have no wisdom, you may touch it anyway.
