Anyone else doing the NoFap during 2019? I have decided to completely cut porn (for rest of my life) and masturbation (for 90 days) to reach what nofappers call a reboot.

I'm also doing NoFap, I'm 7 days in. I'm not sure if I'm gonna do this consistently though, right now I'm in because DMSI makes it so damn easy for me. Ultimately I want to stop fapping (and substitute it with sex with beautiful women
), but I have kind of "if I fail it's gonn be okay" midset.

Commit to it! NoFap is hard but from my understanding it carries multiple positive effects!
