Hi there guys,


So this will be my second run of DMSI. For me version 3.2 did not work.
I have fear that is deeply rooted and I start to procrastinate or finding reasons to quit the program.

I tried out Maximum Learning Speed 5.5G but also no luck on that unfortunately. I will patiently wait until 6G comes out with the latest FRM modules.

I switched over to DMSI-3.3 to test out the new FRM modules.

I started today because of the holidays, christmas, partying, drinking. I won’t be going out partying for new years eve because I have a ton of work to do for school. I procrastinated too much and now i’m in a hurry to finish my deadlines / projects.

I’m also on Nofap again to aid my sexual aura / energy and motivation.

It’s friday december 28th

I’ve noticed hot flashes in my head/face right after 3 loops, i’m almost done for today. And I have sweaty palms now lol. My mom’s attic was my bedroom when I used to live there. It’s always cold up there and my body has heated up from the loops so that’s a little advantage.

I have no expectations, I just run the program and I will be alert to unusual stuff.

I will be listening to the program during the day right after I come home from school / gym. It’s only 5 and a 1/2 hours to play so I use my headphones that I bought for this.

I relapsed on Nofap, again, and i’m getting back on track.... again.... So one of my new years resolutions will be a full year of Nofap, on hardcore monkmode. No porn, no staring to bodyparts, no sexual thoughts, I am complete Zen.

EDIT: I’m testing this program for the full 3 months, and there will be no sexual contact whatsoever, even if I get approached by women. It is a way to sabotage the program. This is for testing.

Usage specs:

IPhone 8 Plus
App: VLC player
Format: FLAC File
Volume: 2-3 out of 16 clicks, when i’m all alone in my room and there’s no noise I have 1/16 click and with conversations 3/16 clicks.
Normal philips headphones, no fancy new technology on it and the correct range in kHz.
5 loops per day, and no alcohol, no recreational drugs, no prescription drugs, no other stimulants ie: caffeine.

Saturday december 29th

I had a pretty turbulent night with lots of action, combat and manhunting. I had to evade and exfiltrate behind enemy lines, and I don’t know why i’m getting such dreams. I killed several people in a gunfight, knives, or by roadkills. I woke up a few times and I went to sleep again. I slept from 01:00 AM until 12:00 PM noon.

I think the part I highlighted in bold is what Shannon was referring to, not NoFap.

Okay, okay, I won’t do anything that can interfere with the program Thumbsup Thumbsup

I will let my sexual energy build up and become like a powerful beacon.

I’m just listening to it and going about my day, doing my daily tasks, studying and gym and I will see what the program can do for me.

I’m thinking that my violent dreams are already a sign that i’m “processing” things, maybe some fears are being removed already...
Do I understand you correctly here? You are running a program designed to get women to approach you for sex, but you would consider having sex with them to be sabotaging the program. I don’t understand.

No, @RTBoss highlighted the parts that would be self sabotaging. Me surpressing any sexual thoughts or not looking at women.

The mainpoint is I don’t have to “punish” myself or something by blocking my human nature.

If I want to look at women, I will look. And if I get sexual thoughts I try to enjoy the sexual energy etc.
Sunday december 30th

Again, having turbulent dreams, this time about paranormal stuff, ghosts etc

Monday december 31th

I had dreams about failing my studies. I had to drop out and failed other studies as well. I completely dropped out from university so that was a bit disturbing. I was lost in my dreams and felt sad.

I’m having depressive feelings for the past couple of months. Sometimes I can manage it, but other days i’m just lying around in my bed and neglecting important tasks.

So for new years evening i’m all alone, sitting in my room, just chilling a bit and trying to finish my school work and to study a bit.

Nothing fancy, no party, no crazy stuff. I listen from 5:30 PM till 11:00 PM

I went to the grocery store to buy some diet soda and bread and I felt ugly and sad. I avoided eye contact with everyone. There was a store clerk which greeted me. It felt weird.

Sofar i’m having really turbulant dreams and I keep waking up like 3 times per night. I sleep alot and I still wake up tired.

If this shit keeps continuing like this, I will be in problems and maybe I have to quit this program early.
I hope I can get through this FRM and I hope I start executing.

Tuesday january 1th

God damnit I had severe sleep interruptions. Wild dreams but the sleep deprivation is killing me.
I can’t concentrate properly, I don’t know but this sub is really kicking my ass.

I wake up several times per night and I don’t get my deep restful sleep. This is really annoying.
Please I hope this will be over soon, what can I do about it ? @Shannon

I also had these sleep interupptions in the first cycle. In the second cycle they completly disappeard after the first 2 days off the sub but came back a little bit in the third cycle. I think it's for everybody a bit different but I bet that the two days off will really help you.
The sleep interruptions are proof that you're not stonewalling. They show that your subconscious is trying to execute the script and fight the process at the same time. And as Maltana said, you should see that fade in the next cycle and so on.
