Hi,
at the moment I'm on day 2 of 1 run/day. I want to increase it but still trying to figure out a way to incorporate 5 loops or at least 2-3 into my day. I must say from the start I felt good about 3.3 and maybe it is placebo but there is like an instant fear relief when putting it on.
